Phew, after two washes in the machine and a tumble in the dryer my 'Raggy Garden' quilt looks realy great. I have used soft blues, mauves and greens in this little quilt . It has cotton batting and its come out so soft and snuggly, perhpas I need to make another one this weekend!
However I have to be honest and say that I have in fact already started another little project!! The MrGnome button who is only a prototype is very cute but he is has too many fiddly flowers on him at the moment and no one wants to paint more of him!, So once he is simplified a bit we will launch him, meanwhile I am working on a project for him to be on. In fact MrGnome may need to change his jacket for a blue one and get green wellies so he loks nicer with my fabrics only time will tell how he is going to evolve!
Better get back to the stitchery part of this design as I am not as far along as I had planned to be today as I snuck out for a couple of hours this afternoon to look for a new pair of sandals which I found plus a few things I needed but didnt need if you know what I mean!
