My new block of the month 'A Dog's Life' is now ready.
The quilt is approx. size 46 x 42"(117cm x 106cm) and is my new 4 part block of the month, this fun quilt introduces some of Hugo's new doggie friends. Jet (the black dog) belongs to one of my sons, Beau the brown Labrador belongs to my mum and dad and Rosie, a very much loved poodle from my past. I am so excited about how this quilt looks, designed with animal lovers in mind I have used subtle dirty colours which would also make it ideal for a boy. I have combined fusible appliqué, simple embroidery, piecing and of course some of my favourite yo-yo's.
