The year is flying by so fast and it is hard to believe that it is once again time to show you all the latest block from Lynette's Fernhill mystery button club. We are already up to showing month 4... The Bramble Patch.
"My brother and I loved blackberry season, the hedgerows along the lanes near our home in a good year were laden with fat juicy berries. If we picked enough mum would make delicious jam and a wonderful blackberry juice drink which was not unlike Ribena (wish I still had that recipe). We both loved to gather mushrooms too but the colouring of the button mushroom this month would suggest that it is poisonous!" Lynette x
