So it is time again to show you all the next block of Lynette's mystery quilt Fernhill, we are up to showing you month 5 and we would love to see some more of your finished blocks. This month features a very cute blue flower button and some sweet little stitched bees.
This is what Fernhill is is looking like so far, I wonder what cute creatures will be featured on the borders? We are currently putting all the patterns and buttons together for month 6... the next little button is soooo sweet :)
We have some lovely new fabrics that have just been added to our online store and they would be great used for Fernhill, the colours are just gorgeous and they go so well with the Weeks Dye Works threads that Lynette used for the mystery BOM.
We also have some very cute zips that we found when we were in Japan at the start of the year...they all have cute charms on the ends. Lynette and I spent ages rummaging around in big bins at the quilt show to find the cutest charms...we were there for quite a while. There are so many to choose from, cats, owls, scissors, sewing machines, houses, hearts and the list goes on. Visit here to see more
I hope everyone has had a great day! We have had a fun day in the studio, it is my 24th birthday today so Lynette took us out for a very nice Lunch and we had very yummy Birthday cake that mum baked.
