The view from my seat as we came in to land at Manchester airport.
Arriving at Patchwork Chicks, Barrowford, UK where I am teaching for two days.
My lovely hostess, Karen Blackburn.
I love the dove doors in the top of the buliding
Students arriving in the classroom which was in the Heritage Centre a short walk from the store.
I loved this Christmas bunting 'show and tell' from Marie- Christine. Marie- Christine has used the reindeer and sleigh from the table runner project in my book 'Stitch It For Christmas' and re-created it as bunting....brilliant and I want to make some for my home.
Hilary with her completed 'Chateau Hexagon'. Its so nice to see this sweet quilt in so many different fabric combinations.
Tracie made this lovely gardening bag for her mum from one of the patterns in my book 'Stitch It For Spring'. The bag is from a heavy duck type canvas and is for keeping your small gardening tools in, a very clever use of the stitchery design.
My abandoned classroom during the lunch break! Lunch was served on the mezzanine floor and I can honestly say that the cake was delcious!
End of the workshop pictures, its such a nice way to remember the ladies that I spent the day with x
Lots of lovely ladies taking seats ready for my evening trunk show presentation.
Thank you to everyone who joined me over the two days and to the many ladies who brought show and tell that I forgot to photo as I was too busy admiring it! A big thank you to Karen for hosting the event. If your looking for my fabrics then here is a small selection that Karen has in her store and online.
