Autumn Gathering in Tasmania
Where:- The Quilted Crow, Hobart
When:- April 19th 2008
The Quilted Crow in Tasmania is a gorgeous shop combining primitive, country and reproduction. A feast of displays greet you around every corner you turn in this wonderful shop. Leonie and Deirdre work endlessly to produce samples for display and search the countryside for interesting relics to display them in and on, if you are in Hobart, Tasmania this shop is well worth a visit.
I am so excited to have been invited to be a guest tutor, I am hoping to add a couple of days to my visit so I can explore beautiful inspiring Tasmania a bit more.
I have begun my projects already and the first will be a gorgeous stitchery with some needleturn applique which you could frame, make into a cushion or add as a pocket to a bag and the second project will be a fun punchnnedle purse (yes, I am into purses at the moment!).
