Have a laugh..
Workshop muddle..

Thank you...

A huge thank you to everyone who has sent in their version of what the cat said to the dog and what the dog said back, we have laughed and laughed all weekend, thank you.....Hmmm how to choose a winner ... very hard... everyone was so clever with their comments, ... with great difficulty we have chosen 3 of you to get a litle packaged from me in the post.
Carin who emailed me on the 10 April, Peg on the 10 April and Nicole on the 11 April, can you ladies email me your postal address so I can get a little package away to you.

In between laughing we had a good relaxing weekend, we planted some herbs into pots outside my laundry door which I have been wanting to do for ages. I also managed to get a bit of stitching done... but since its a secret I cant show you yet!

I did a bit of work on my 'woof' quilt but not as much as would have liked, too busy trying to get my bits and pieces ready for the weekend of teaching in Tasmania... only 5 more sleeps...

Do you remember this fabric I bought a while ago?

Well I have used it to make one of my favourite stitcheries, Saltbox Sampler into a cushion and I am very pleased with the result.

Ask at your local quilt shop for the Saltbox Sampler pattern, or Penny has the patterns and the gorgeous handpainted buttons for this project in stock.

I hope that you have all had a great weekend, today its sunny, hardly a cloud in the sky and I am off to prepare my teaching aids for the weekend...Oh and try to decide what to wear and make sure its clean!

bye for now
